Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item Olee Fashion will then send across give a replacement {same product} (excluding shipping charges applicable on your original order).

Definition: ‘Return’ means an action of giving back the product ordered at oleefashion.com by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of product:

  1. Product(s) delivered do not match your order
  2. Product(s) delivered has verifiable manufacturing defect (Please do not to accept any product which has a tampered packaging).

Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.

In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery of the product. Olee Fashion reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out to Olee Fashion after 7 days of delivery.

Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, Olee Fashion shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Olee Fashion finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. Olee Fashion shall process the refund only once it has received the confirmation with respect to the contents of the product relating to that refund.

Return Process:

  1. For Return intimation, please visit https://oleefashion.com/contact-us/ or alternatively call us +919804800003 (Open 10 AM – 6 PM from Monday – Saturday) or email us at oleefashion20@gmail.com.
  2. Olee Fashion customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 7 working day from the time of receipt of complaint.
  3. Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Olee Fashion will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.
  4. The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original Olee Fashion packaging (to the extent possible for verification as a product purchased from Olee Fashion). The product/s will not be accepted for return or refund if the package seal is broken or tampered with.
  5. Replacement will begin 07 (Seven) days from date of reverse pick delivery at the end of Olee Fashion (if required), and after confirmation from the purchaser who is returning the consignment as per his choice.

Refund Policy:

Refunds can be issued on orders in case of the following circumstances.

  1. Products not delivered to the customer within the delivery period
  2. Products lost in transit by our delivery partner
  3. In case of return and replacement, if we are unable to replace and deliver the same product

Refund Process:

  • In case we are unable to replace the product, we will issue a refund during the same period and the same will be returned to the same source of payment. (Alterations are not possible on this aspect)

Please note: The apparels / other products listed on our website are represented in the best possible visual way to show how they really are in physical form. In addition to this we furnish full details and specifications of our products clearly on the website. We assume that all customers on our website are fully aware of the aforementioned aspects and are making an informed purchase decision when they checkout by paying for the Cart items.

We DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on the basis of any disputes arising out disparity in the customer’s understanding of visual aesthetics or assumed specifications of the product(s).
